The Property Pilot operates a text-messaging program with two separate kinds of messages, each with its own consent:

• Marketing texts including new listings, market updates, and occasional offers. You opt in only by checking the dedicated marketing-consent box on our form. This consent is for marketing messages only.
• Appointment texts including coordinating and confirming showings and meetings. You opt in by giving us your mobile number to request or schedule an appointment.

Cost & frequency

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You’ll receive one confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt in again.

Other terms

Consent to either program is not a condition of any purchase or of working with us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information is handled as described in this Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties for their marketing.
